The strategy promotes timely, clear, and effective communication related to animal identification and registration, disease surveillance, early reporting, and the implementation of control measures in line with EU and international standards.

The campaign materials, which include disease-specific brochures, posters, TV/radio scripts, and digital assets, are designed to be adaptable for national use. They are complemented by recommendations for tone, slogans, stakeholder engagement, and feedback mechanisms to promote a two-way communication culture and ensure continuous improvement.
